Don't do it! This will mess up your pricing so so so bad in Faire! I have 165+ products plus their variations -this app reduced all my prices on Faire through it's own programmed miscalculation (not user error) and did this even though I told it NOT to sync prices. I had to fix all of my prices manually before my Wholesale customers on Faire saw what happened/or placed an order. It took me over two hours manually changing prices, both the wholesale and retail in bulk edit. Spare your self the nightmare!
Wholesale Prices Higher Than Retail
Faire markets itself as a wholesale platform, but in reality, many of the prices are higher than retail. That alone makes it unusable for any serious seller trying to maintain margins.
On top of that, product quality is inconsistent and often underwhelming for the price. You’re paying “boutique” or even above-retail pricing for items that don’t justify it once they arrive. That defeats the entire purpose of buying wholesale.
Between inflated pricing, weak value, and inconsistent quality across vendors, Faire feels more like a curated resale marketplace than a true wholesale solution. I won’t be using it again and wouldn’t recommend it to sellers who actually understand pricing and margins.
This integration sucks. Syncing doesn't work as expected and there's no way to access settings.
100% DO NOT RECOMMEND. Our first week on Faire as a Brand, and there was a big hiccup. Syncing with our Shopify catalog was seamless, but turns out it's not 100% accurate. Faire will not back you up as a Brand as they do not compensate for any mistakes that happen on app integrations. The price that they synced on Faire is different from Shopify, and we were selling units to retailers at very low prices. This was quickly bought up to Faire, but they offered no empathy or support, not even waiving commissions on this order.
They only want your money and do not support you as a Brand. I will make sure to let every single brand owner I know to becareful with Faire.
It is not friendly; we can not do it in bulk. It's tough to search through pages one by one. The view of 20 products per page is not enough.

We've been selling on Faire for 5 years now - ever since we lost our brand account manager we have had the WORST customer service and absolute worst experience. I have been trying to get help for nearly 3 weeks now - our shopify is no longer integrating, on top of that Faire suspended our best sellers, siting that their was a pricing issue. I had explained several times that like several companies, we had to raise published prices slightly dues to tariffs. Our own website reflects this.. but they did not listen and removed our best sellers just as we are entering our busy sesason. I have customers complaining and wanting to order products, but cannot check out after adding to their cart! I email support repeatedly, nothing. I call the phone # for them and you are told that this line is not supported...!!! I'm about ready to bail! Was a great resource for us in the beginning but now..
Faire has become such a incompetent company. Our sync never works, and they can never help. So we re-install and delete all 500 listings 20 at a time again and again in a loop.
This company went out of it's way to undercut and out market competition until they became a monopoly and now we have a company that only cares about their bottom dollar leading the american wholesale industry. Go figure we get this lack luster support.
In my experience if you don't poke them every week they'll just never write back, too.
We have been on Faire for several years. We recently were locked out of our account and have received no responses from Faire Support in nearly two weeks. Faire is now canceling orders that have already shipped, so we will not receive payment for these orders.
Absolutely awful support.
Not even 1 star they deserve. We have been on the platform for more then 3 years and suddenly they are targeting our brand is saying we buy products from third party websites. After sending all the evidence and defending the case, Matt at Customer Support is extremely rude and unhelpfull. Afterall the fees are too high for the amount of sales you make on the platform.
Avoid at all costs!!!
