Faire: Wholesale Verkopen

sales channel continuously has had problems and has caused us so much stress and delay with wholesale customers and their orders. it has caused our inventory to go out of whack and we have to keep updating it. the sales channel also does not take ANY of the meta tags or information like color, materials and other information into Faire, meaning after it imports your products, you have to search to make sure the correct product is connected, the correct photo and variant photo is connected and then all the information is filled out. It's essentially just having you re-do everything you thought you were doing. it also seems to re-write some of itself, as we've disconnected products, unpublished and or changed information on shopify and or sales channel and it is not reflected in faire, causing a lot of problems. Faire, please get on this and fix it. We used a third party app and were told we needed to switch to this to make everything work well and yet have the same and worst problems.

This has vastly increased our ability to provide our products B2B. Simple to set up, easy syncing, fantastic customer service. Very impressed with this app.

Customer emailed our support saying they placed an order. No notification or anything from Faire. Can't see orders placed in the faire app. No support email to email too. Only can send from app and will respond to account owner (and account owner doesn't manage any of this). I tried looking it up the order on our Shopify and can't find it by their Faire email or order number. This is a scam. They took the money from the customer and we never got the order. and the customer the asking us where the order is and we don't know. NO support email! Pls email hello@forme.science to resolve this.

They've helped enable our wholesale order growth. We love the platform and the functionality to interact with new and existing customers.

Don't do it! This will mess up your pricing so so so bad in Faire! I have 165+ products plus their variations -this app reduced all my prices on Faire through it's own programmed miscalculation (not user error) and did this even though I told it NOT to sync prices. I had to fix all of my prices manually before my Wholesale customers on Faire saw what happened/or placed an order. It took me over two hours manually changing prices, both the wholesale and retail in bulk edit. Spare your self the nightmare!

Faire is the best. Works so smooth with Shopify. I've been with Faire when it started and at the time they didn't really have a system. But they kept improving and using new platforms and good devs. I was doing everything manually which took hours to upload but now it's all automatic. I love it. Thanks to the team at Faire!!

The App is extremely well integrated with Shopify which makes it very convenient when working with wholesale.

Everything was fairly easy. I am not a tech savvy person. So, It took a learning curve but I got my shop up and running. Thank you.

So far, this app has provided seamless interface with Shopify and Faire. It's been so easy to use and navigate. Thank you for making a great product!

Overall experience has been positive. Issues tend to be on the Faire side with how they utilize AI tools that are not always accurate.
