Amazing app. So glad we got this installed in advance of iOS14 changes, it's been a complete gamechanger in terms of getting accurate channel revenue attribution.

This is one of those secret little weapons that helps drive strategy in such a simple way. I created a survey asking customers how they heard about us and then listed out our channels. Using the responses helped to guide my budgeting/channel development based on where people were already hearing about us. Additionally, the customer service is elite and the founder is involved. I highly recommend this app to all shopify store owners.

This app is easy to set up and use, and it provides important data that we use to calibrate and validate our marketing attribution models. From the user's perspective, it's non-invasive, as evidenced by the high response rates we're able to maintain.

Fairing has been pivotal in adding additional layer to understanding our multichannel attribution as well as digging into customer insights: from what products they would like us to develop and sell to what specifically they liked about their product of choice.
We increased our post purchase survey response rate dramatically since implementing Fairing. We are not relying on email for this specific purpose anymore, but instead all the questions conveniently sit on the post purchase page. Win for our customers as they get one less email into their inbox, win for us as we get more responses and hence more reliable results.

Solid app, great UX, easy to use, surprising level of customer compliance!
Amazing how much info you get by asking right on that thank you page. Would love this to be a liiiiitle cheaper but it's well-designed and I'm not unhappy with my choice.

Used this app to gather post-purchase survey responses. Very nicely designed and easy to use. Of the very few issues we had, the team was quick to respond with and offered us a custom plan that fit our needs perfectly! Would highly recommend to other stores of all sizes.

The best post-purchase survey experience in the market -- this tool is super powerful with integrations with Klaviyo, Shopify Flow, etc. so that the data is not only insightful but also very actionable. The actual survey form looks great on the post-purchase page. The support (and Matt specifically) is super helpful and quick to respond!
