Been using them for a while. Matt is very responsive and flexible. LOVE that they support Flow so we can automate our responses into a shared Slack channel. Very easy going app to use.

Enquire has been a crucial component to our marketing stack, especially as our marketing mix has expanded. The post purchase data we've been able to collect from customers has unlocked key insights that weren't available through GA and other platforms. This has allowed us to make crucial decisions around how we allocate our marketing budget. Highly recommended for all ecommerce brands who want a better sense of attribution.

Enquire is fantastic! Super easy to implement, we saw responses within hours. The insight we have been able to gain from this quick survey is helping our sales and marketing team immensely. The team at Enquire is super responsive and answered my questions quickly - great to work with. They were also really open to feedback and were able to actually integrate a suggestion I had.
This app is very easy to configure, it blends seamlessly with the style of our website. It's also easy to dive into the data and get great information on how to improve our reach. The very few times I asked for support, they were quick and very helpful!

Love Fairing! Been using them for a while and have collected responses to get more info on everything from customer discovery methods, new product interest, and general buying behaviors. We also have responses auto-slack us in a separate channel which is AWESOME for getting live responses from customers!
