Ich bin absolut begeistert von der App Fancy Product Designer! Die Möglichkeiten zur individuellen Produktgestaltung sind extrem vielseitig und lassen sich perfekt an die eigenen Bedürfnisse anpassen. Alles läuft stabil, ist leicht verständlich und macht richtig Spaß in der Anwendung.
Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Kundensupport – einfach nur spitze! Jede meiner Fragen wurde schnell, freundlich und äußerst kompetent beantwortet. Man merkt sofort, dass hier ein Team dahintersteht, dem Kundenzufriedenheit wirklich am Herzen liegt. Auch bei speziellen Anpassungen wurde mir sofort weitergeholfen, was für mich ein riesiger Pluspunkt ist.
Wer nach einer professionellen und zuverlässigen Lösung für die Produktpersonalisierung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Ich kann Fancy Product Designer uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!
Great easy way to make mock ups etcetera. the team replies to your wants and needs and tries to look with you for a solution or solves them. I ve been facing many difficulties throughout testing, different product designers. I have settled with this one, pdf export for printing business what so ever is just one nuisance less for my production team.
This team is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! I've had a few custom requests and they have been able to help every time! 10/10!!!!
Ich habe mittlerweile einige Apps getestet aber der Fancy Product Designer hat mit Abstand die umfangreichsten Möglichkeiten. Man kann hiermit wirklich fast jedes Produkt personalisieren. Der Support ist sehr gut und schnell. Und wenn etwas nicht sofort gelöst werden kann, bekommt man zumindest Bescheid, dass es noch etwas dauert. Ich habe das beste für meine Besucher gefunden und werde es jetzt einrichten. Schade finde ich, dass es keine einmalig kaufbare Version gibt. Das ist scheinbar mittlerweile überall so. Trotzdem gebe ich hier alle 5 Sterne. Danke FPD
Die App ist für den Endnutzer, also den Kunden, sehr einfach und übersichtlich nutzbar. Die Bearbeitungswerkzeuge sind intuitiv.
Die Installation und Einrichtung ist (für mich persönlich) nicht ganz einfach. Allerdings ist der Support mit der FPD-App bei meinem Shopify-Shop sehr gut und ich bekomme dort schnell und sehr professionelle Unterstützung.
Bei deinem Webshop mit dem Plugin unter WordPress/WooCommerce ist der Support etwas schwieriger. Hier gibt es nur die FAQ, welcher auch nur in englisch zur Verfügung steht.
Alles in allem gebe ich trotzdem 5 Sterne und hoffe auf Support-Verbesserung beim Plugin.

They are highly responsive and always go above and beyond to assist with any questions or issues. Highly recommend Fancy Product Designer to anyone looking for a robust and user-friendly design tool!
I want to create a creation size that follows the size view, but the aspect ratio is fixed and cannot be released.
As a result, we have to use the ready-made sample provided, which is not very customizable.
They said that the chat response time is low because they are a small company in Germany, but even some small companies have high response time.
In general, the service is poor for this application and I would not use it again.

sad to hear, that you weren't satisfied with our response times. It is understandable, that you want to look for a different app because of that. Sadly, we can't offer responses outside of our business hours.
However, I need to clarify a misunderstanding. The sizes and aspect ratios of our customization views and printing areas are not fixed. I tried to explain to you, how you can change either of those sizes and ratios. I'm sorry if the explanation wasn't helpful.
If you want to give us a second chance, we would be happy to help you better understand how those processes work.

Quite happy with the app so far. The team is very responsive and helped with the set-up and ongoing changes.
I've tested 4-6 different apps, this was the one that got everything I needed and a great support :)
It is a very powerful and friendly application, you can customize many products and it has good support.
It's good, the final product is great, the support though is struggling very hard to cope with great amount of work.
We have used this app before in a WordPress/WooCommerce platform, we've come a long way with them.
We stick to them because their functionality provides a very mnemonic interface to the user, very intuitive, because it's something that our customers and our staff are used to.
One of, if not the best out there as a Shopify app.
