The app itself is very easy to use, and has plenty of customization options. The page is a perfect extension to the rest of my website. The support was fantastic too! Highly recommend.

I used this app to make custom FAQs on individual products and it works great. The customization and design tools are extremely flexible. FaqKing also helped me with some implementation issues I had and was very gracious with their time and patience.

super underrated faq app. despite few reviews, I tried a couple other faq apps that had way more reviews but FAR less functionality. this one is easy to use, really quick to update, the formatting is really pretty, and customization was sufficient! highly recommend.

Love FAQKing! We have tried a few different FAQ apps and this one is the easiest to use and also looks amazing on our website! It is our favorite FAQ app we found so far. Customer service was easy to get a hold of and they answered my questions quickly.

I have tried two Apps so far, but neither provided the option to show unique FAQs for each product. FaqKing provides me with exactly what I need. I can write specific and different FAQs for each product. That's truly unique for the App. Moreover, the App is fully customizable and provides customer service through live chat. Super easy to set up! I was able to add multiple segments along with multiple questions and answers. When you first install it, it already comes with many example questions and answers that gives a nice start to build off of. The layout is quite customizable - you can change the colors, font size, and alignments among other things. It was easy to set up as a link in my footer. I was having a little issue with a grey square appearing under all of my answers but the app support (Viktoras) was able to solve my problem very quickly (my theme was overwriting some of the apps styles). I would recommend this app to anyone looking to add an FAQ section to their website.
