I'm totally impressed with this app! I did install other competing apps but they were very expensive and also very hard to configure. This FAQ app was very very easy to use, just few clicks and it took take care of everything. UI is very intuitive and easy to understand. This app has lots of configuration options that allow you to tune FAQ page to match your brand. Support from app developer is impeccable as mentioned by other reviewers.
Also, the app is super fast unlike other FAQ apps out there. Other apps were slowing down my page and some even included code in my theme files which they didn't remove after uninstalling an app. I would highly RECOMMEND this app.

Well now I am a woman "of a certain age" and find everything about today's ecommerce a puzzlement. That being said, I cannot say enough about Avocados Lab's support and with the amazing and fast help I received from Bhushan. Thank you again for your kindness, patience, and willingness to help me through this process Bhushan. I highly recommend this app for anyone - and especially those of us who are not yet up to speed in ecommerce in this new era. Awesome app!

Fantastic app!! Super easy and intuitive to use plus the content looks amazing for customers when live. Takes a really short time to set up for a better-than-expected end result. I had a simple request that the customer service fixed easily and efficiently without stress. Highly recommended.
Great response time and a willingness to help tweak CSS settings, which is huge for companies who aren't familiar with it. I also love that you can plug FAQs anywhere on your site. Recommend!!

I was browsing all of the free "FAQ" apps and even though this one did not have the most reviews I gave it a shot and I absolutely love the ease of this program! Super simple to set up, completely free and looks great on the site!

Our free plan is specially for merchants who doesn't have more FAQs. It perfectly suits your need as you don't need to pay for few FAQs. Merchant satisfaction is our number one goal and we built this tool by keeping ourselves in merchants shoes.
very nice layout and easy to use navigation, it will not open in a new window and that's a real good thing. customer support is the best, just marvelous, no cheaky answers just straightforward and honest, i recommend.
