We are using the app for our user guide. It has been easy and simple to use while uploading the information and also received very prompt and excellent support when had some questions!

On top of that, customer service for this app is incredible. I had a simple question and received a reply in MINUTES with a solution.

With a substantial FAQ, Easy FAQ is a great choice. (The Search function is a nice touch!)
I tried all the FAQ's, but what convinced me was 1) the free plan 2) the high value for money with the paid plan, 3) The extremely good and proactive service-minded support.

Tegen een maandelijkse betaling kun je hem ook aanpassen naar eigen smaak. De developer heeft me ook nog geholpen wat specifiekere aanpassingen te doen, super!
