We needed a simple way to manage our FAQs and present them to customers in a well designed, searchable fashion. This app fits the bill perfectly and was super easy and fast to configure. Works like a charm.
HelpLab is an outstanding all that has features that make it look like you have a full time developer on staff! Even better, the founder Amanda responds immediately, takes action and shows she cares about the success of your business!
I highly recommend anyone who going to have the FAQ on your site to use this app. The setup can be easily done and able to customize to suit for your brand. Also support team will help you to solve and assist on some task to minimize your time!
Perfect App, nice Themes/Design and Settings. Works best for our purpose. We are on the free version (max. 10 FAQs) right now. Considering the (fair priced) upgrade, though. Thanks and keep up with the great work!

This is a quick and easy way to manage your FAQs page. Bhushan is very helpful and quick to respond to any tweaks you might need, but overall this is very good out of the box!
A super easy to use app and the customer service is brilliant! The app's developer was in touch within minutes of sending an email for some help and was able to resolve the problem immediately. Highly recommend.
