Amazing app and support! This app is amazing with a lot of features. Fast to create a FAQ page and the new template is very beautiful

Aesthetically, your FAQ page will look beautiful and sleek. Functionality-wise, your page viewers will be able to read your FAQs with ease.
On top of that, customer service for this app is incredible. I had a simple question and received a reply in MINUTES with a solution.
I never write reviews but felt compelled to for this one. I'm surprised by how many functionalities are free, as well. Don't hesitate to add this app!
With a substantial FAQ, Easy FAQ is a great choice. (The Search function is a nice touch!)
I tried all the FAQ's, but what convinced me was 1) the free plan 2) the high value for money with the paid plan, 3) The extremely good and proactive service-minded support.

Customer service is phenomenal! Responded in a flash and had my problem fixed right away. Highly recommend if you're looking to build a faq.
I'm new to Shopify and just beginning to learn what I can do with it, but I was very pleased to find this app for my FAQ. It has many options for styling so I could match my theme and it's very easy to plug in the questions and answers. When I wanted to tweak the layout, I reached out to the developer who responded immediately with the custom CSS code I needed. Very gracious, excellent customer support!

Tegen een maandelijkse betaling kun je hem ook aanpassen naar eigen smaak. De developer heeft me ook nog geholpen wat specifiekere aanpassingen te doen, super!
