Definitely loving having Fashion Go dropshipping! I buy from them wholesale all the time but this has been amazing. Sometimes the importing can be a little clunky and duplicate items, but otherwise it's completely changed the game for my online store and I have more sales with this app than my other drop shipping apps combined!

I have to say, I really do love FGDS. Great vendors, great products, and a great concept. I'm sure you're still working out the kinks (well I hope so), because too many of my orders have been cancelled since December. Over 40% of them. Also, Graphic Tees should have their own catagory, not lumped in with other fashion tops.

I love the drop shipping experience with Fashiongo. However, I would like some of the suppliers to provide better descriptions of their products. It really helps resellers and saves a lot of time for us.

Okay...Ive been using this app for a couple of weeks. I love the product lines. I haven't had any sales yet because I'm still setting up. I only have one problem with this so far. The uploading and deleting of products is SLOWWWWW! I can't upload more than 10 products at a time and have to refresh multiple times in order for the import list to update. My computer system is updated, every other program and app works fine. This is the only app that has such really low import and push speed times. So slow that it's actually annoying. I had to upload 700 products and it took me almost 3 hours to do so. Not time efficient at all. Please look at your app's speed times and improve them. Everything else is fine and I can't wait to start selling.

It's a great start for FashionGo to get into the dropshipping. There's still a lot of things for improvements though. Vendors on FashionGo are mostly only used to the wholesale (B2B) aspects and need to be better trained for dropshipping and B2C concept.

I am Using this App but I noticed that after fulfilling the item Tracking Email should go from Domain but FASHIONGO is sending the Email to my Client from their Domain. I do not even receive a copy of that email they sent to my client to notify them that Item has been shipped. This is kind of conflict of interest like collecting my client info and communicating with them. This needs to be rectified. FASHIONGO Please comments on that to resolve this issue. Thanks

My dropship order was cancelled a couple of days back while it was displaying the availability of the item and after 10 days of keeping the money they canceled the order with the reason that item is not available in stock.Now again i have two orders in progress which are displaying those available in stock, now i am having a doubt that they will cancel them as well that are not available.
Kindly let me know about the following order's status.
1) Order 221207000375-00 Do you have this item in stock - U.S. SOCCER 1913 ACTIVE PULLOVER HOODIE Navy L SKU # 20000005155482) Order 221205000185-00 smile woman Neon socks- 8 pair pack MULTI OneSize SKU # 2000000204045

I would gladly offer this app 5 stars, but the feature of removing and adding products is time consuming. Also, even when you select one specific product with several variants, you must make adjustments to each variant. It also indicates that it is unsupported. I hope they can remedy this issue quickly. I've had sales and tested a sale using FashionGo, and everything worked out perfectly. The only issue I have is with the app's functionality.

I loved the products they had available but within a week of adding them to my store, my best lines of items were suddenly no longer available with no explanations why. I just received an order for another item that is listed as having 345 items available in my store only to have them cancel the order. When I checked the inventory on their app, it has the item listed as no longer available. My quantities obviously weren't updated. I'm very sad because this could have been great but so far it's just causing me headaches.

I had really high hopes working with this company but I am very disappointed. I’ve been with them since they started offering dropshipping and I’ve had a good amount of orders with their items already. The shipping is good. The items get to the customers fast but the customer service is awful. Their return system isn’t really working for me. My customers always end up emailing me and complaining when they want to return something because FashionGo wants you to only use the shipping label that they provide but it takes them 5 to 7 days to send it to me even though they claim it should take 1 to 2 days. How am I supposed to build trust with my customers as a new business if it looks like I’m just trying to get away with their money? I sent them a message first thing in the morning today asking them about a return I requested 5 days ago. It’s the end of the day and they have still not responded. Meanwhile my customer is getting impatient. The main issue is with the items that are fulfilled by FashionGo too. I’m actually reconsidering working with them because these dropshippers can either make or break your business.

I like the app. However, I am not sure why I haven’t had any sales. I have done some paid adds and drove more traffic to our site. Yet no conversions. I’ll keep trying.
Nonetheless, I’m impressed with the functionality of the app. I’d like to see more men’s fitness wear and underwear, along with gadgets such as wireless headphones and cellphone gym accessories.
