Love how easy to target any collection in store for price change or sale. its a huge time saver after running my store for over 15 years!
We have about 6K products. When reverting back a multi tier - sitewide sale, it skipped about 200 products, random products in different tiers and caused a pretty stressful mess! Do not recommend.
**Platmart investigated, took responsibility, and are fixing the logic gap that caused the problem.
I am truly sorry about the stress caused by the rollback issue.
After investigating your logs, I found that this was caused by a complex conflict between overlapping tiered sales, which resulted in some products being included in multiple sales at once.
I have sent a detailed breakdown of the issue to your email and I am already working on an update to prevent this scenario automatically in the future.
I’ve also issued a full refund for all app charges. Again, sorry for the extra work this caused your team.

I have had a few issues with getting my discount prices on certain pages and PlatSmart have been very patient and happy to assist me every time. I would recommend this company 100%.

This is a great app. Being able to run sales and have prices update automatically versus manually changing things is a huge time saver. My interactions with support for general help has been awesome. Good people.

Absolute terrible app. DO NOT use unless you want to spend hours getting your prices back.
Their compare at prices don't work as well and just reset to nothing, so its like your item isnt even on sale.
Almost had it ruin my BFCM.
