OMG! If you are reading this review, it's because you've been searching for the right platform for product bundles and if you're like us, you're frankly fed up because you've tried countless apps and they, for one reason or another, don't work or fit your needs. Well, listen when I tell you that your frustrations are over! Not only does FAST Bundles check all of our boxes but for the few challenges we faced, not only did the FAST team work with us to resolve them, but on a few occassions, they even scheduled calls with us in the middle of their night to accommodate our time zone for a call. On one occassion Jasmine called her technical team member Mackey and woke him up to join our call. When he joined, he was not only gracious and more than willing to have been woken up, but stayed on that called until he resolved all of our issues, even writing code as we waited on the call to make our Shopify theme and the FAST Bundle app perform the way we needed it to perform. Not once did Jasmine or Mackey complain about disturbing their rest and working in the middle of the night. That is TRUE VALUE and CUSTOMER SERVICE at its very best! We need to CLONE Jasmine and Mackey to teach people what it means to be compassionate, kind and grateful for serving others. A 5 star isn't good enough for FAST Bundle. They exceed every area and you will be so pleased!!!

Loving it so far! So many options and very user friendly. From set up to design it's easy to use and looks great too!

Not a good app for new stores as the free plan does not allow sufficient testing. I have only run about 100 people through the store and already I am being asked to update the app to a $45 plan. This is not enough time to evaluate if the amount is worth it. The app works based on bundle views, but since one session can view 10-20 bundles, the app prices rack up very fast. A bundle page, like we used can count to about 10 views. And because we are a new store and testing a lot, most of the views just went on setting the app up and having my test team browse the new store. I would have give it more stars but the app didn't reply to my feedback and as my plan ran out on Black Friday i had no choice to use the $15 plan. But a day later i already was asked to upgrade again, which i will deffinily not be due to lack of testing and support. The app would be much better if 1. Support replied to the email and took feedback onboard 2. The free trail was XX number of days for new store to allow time for testing. The app itself has a great UX and is very easy to set-up on the back end. But i will be looking for another app due to the 2 points above.

Fast and easy to enable, and many options for bundle, but I hope there no app name while showing bundle

This app is really easy to use and perfect for my humble shop. I had a few questions, and received very fast and thorough help. The support team even went above and beyond and made changes specific to my shop and how I wanted it to look, which was so kind!
