great app with lovely support team that have helped me out all the way through set up

I just started working with this app but so far I m enjoying it. As a new user I scheduled a call with Kate from Support and she walked me through the basics, provided links to help me navigate the app, and learn the different options as well. She was very thorough, professional, patient, knowledgeable, and super friendly! I highly recommend.

Great support, very quick and focused on the problem. The app works very good for us and we are happy with the bundle functionality!
Extremely poor support staff experience. Wasted over 1 hour over live chat resulting in unresolved issue with solutions that do not work.

The app is not always 100% intuitive but so far I am doing well. Very good that you can use a free basic plan. They definitely have very good support, I was helped by Kate and in multiple requests she was able to help me without redirecting me to unintelligible self-support articles, so thank you very much Kate :)
