Their customer service is too slow, and we cannot change the bundle display on the product detail page from vertical/stacked to horizontal/carousel. Bye-bye!

Amazing so far...it's only taken me a few minutes to figure out. There was a nice video to watch and just really easy. I used a different app and stayed up all night long trying to figure it out. This one is SUCH a life saver!

Great customer service that responds in a timely manner and is supportive and helpful, and will even do some custom work for you. The product is still in development so doesn't do quite everything I'd need it to (I have some specific needs), but they seem to consistently be working on and updating the app, so I'm sure future updates will continue to have the product become better and better.
