I have been using this app for over a month now... it has worked really well for my store. But after I integrated a 3rd party checkout service, it didn't work as I intended it to, and to resolve this issue, I got connected with Jazz and Ian, who provided me support and did everything in their power to get it resolved and work for me. Although it didn't work out, I would like to appreciate and thank both Jazz and Ian for their quick response to all my issues. I hope FBP will soon bring an update that might resolve this one small issue that I face, but the rest is perfectly fine and works really well for my store.

Helpful app, fairly straightforward to setup and use. Customer service has been very helpful, Ben was able to quickly resolve an issue that was preventing the cart from populating correctly.
Communication with Lara was very pleasant, and she was able to assist us quickly and easily with our request.

My first experience was not so best.
But Tommy Jay did everything to fix the issue and is very helpful.
We still use the app and it functions well now.

After many times with back and forth feedback we finally got an important issue fixed but there are still some things we are waiting for improvement like the analytics dashboard with filter feature which we requested a year ago.
