Sophie from FastBundle support was amazing! She patiently resolved complex issues with my bundles, consulted her tech team when needed, and kept me updated throughout. It's a little clunkly at first but you get used to it. I like how you can preview the bundle you're making before you publish it.

Also, Mike knows his stuff and helped me by identifying the type of bundle I needed

Customer support is really fast to reply & helpful, I've used the chat function many times & my issue has always been resolved really quickly.

Mike hat mir im Support Chat schnell geantwortet und sich zum Lösen meiner Probleme viel Zeit genommen. Leider ist es momentan nicht möglich, ein Bundle in ein Bundle zu packen. Diese Funktion hätte ich gebraucht. Vielleicht wird hier zeitnah optimiert.

Great program very easy to use!

The app is not always 100% intuitive but so far I am doing well. Very good that you can use a free basic plan. They definitely have very good support, I was helped by Kate and in multiple requests she was able to help me without redirecting me to unintelligible self-support articles, so thank you very much Kate :)

A good app, but for 1 item, I would have liked to have the crossed-price displayed, even though I've set it up on the product sheet.
