Fastr: SMS & Email Marketing

DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP IF YOU DON'T LIKE HAVING YOUR MONEY STOLEN
Haven't used the app at all in the past months and have not signed up to any sort of paid plan either in this time but despite this they took 41.94 USD from me. Only ever got one reply from them and then they went ghost. I didn't authorize any sort of charges or done any sales through their app in this time that would explain the charge. Look at all the other reviews and you'll see a pattern of them doing this to other people as well.

I was looking for an app to automatically recover an abandoned checkout and came across this one. It's easy to install and configure. It didn't take me long, just 5 minutes to set the necessary reminders and it does the rest automatically. I'd never seen such an easy-to-use app. David from customer service also helped me out by giving me a few tips on how to recover abandoned checkouts. Thank you very much, David.

Well thought-out app for recovering abandoned checkouts, whether by sms, email or push notification. I'd like to thank Patrick from customer support who really helped me understand how the app works. All I had to do was set the reminders and the app would take care of the rest. I'd definitely recommend it.

The app fees should be more transparent and customer service could be trained better to deal with payment issues. Had to contact Shopify, then file a report to my bank. The app sorted the refund at the end.

THIS APP WAS A SCAM!!! CHARGE ME $49 FOR USAGE WITHOUT NOTICE!!! THEY'RE ADVERTISING IT FOR FREE BUT BRUH THEY'RE BLAMING SHOPIFY FOR IT! THIS APP MUST BE REMOVED IMMEDIATELY. SCAMMING PEOPLE WITH TERRIBLE SUPPORT. THEY'RE NOT REPLYING AT ALL BLAMING SHOPIFY API. I'VE CONTACTED SHOPIFY SUPPORT AND THEY SAID THAT THEY'RE VIOLATING PARTNERSHIP POLICY AS THEY'RE ADVERTISING IT AS "FREE". The app is free but they'll charge you USAGE fee even if you're not using it. THIS APP IS A SCAM!!! DONT INSTALL THIS THRASH APP AT ALL. You will be billed without your notice and you can't do nothing about it. Terrible app, terrible policy, and terrible support.

I really like this app. It lets you recover abandoned checkouts and send out campaigns to publicize new products. I think it's great. I'd like to thank Arthur for his explanations and help with configuration. I really recommend it.

If you're looking for an all-in-one app that's easy to use and ready to go right out of the box, Fastr is the one for you. It handles push notifications, abandoned cart emails, campaigns, and SMS all in a user-friendly interface. I hardly had to do any setup since the app takes care of everything. The customer service has been excellent and quick to respond! I believe that with Fastr, I'll see a significant increase in recovered orders and customer engagement. Highly recommended for any online merchant!

This application is fantastic. Customer support is excellent, thanks to Patrick. You can easily set up abandoned cart recovery sequences via SMS, email and push notifications in just a few seconds/minutes. Really impressive.
