The app fees should be more transparent and customer service could be trained better to deal with payment issues. Had to contact Shopify, then file a report to my bank. The app sorted the refund at the end.
good customer service but the app needs to provide more transparency by providing proper data about how many SMS being sent to which country and how much i got charged. I have discussed all this with David, noted all the stuff and promised to make improvements to it.
I had to uninstall it because of the impossibility to customize the body email´s text..., once you send the email, it shows small, boring and practically unreadable in mobile phones.... The app looks great but with the big effort we need to accomplish in order to obtain an abandoned cart, we have to had all the tools to claim attention of potential customers in our emails, with fonts, colours, syzes, allignments, images, etc... If this company solve this, this app will be great, but at this time I have to uninstall it.

Looks pretty good at a first glance but it creates conflicts with other apps and make the website almost not functional. Make sure you check after you install it.
