Very impressed with this app. Has worked wonders for our company. Customer service is great and normally answer immediately. Special mention to David who helped with the setup and filling me in on all the steps to get us up and running.

it's super easy to set up, very intuitive and very powerful (especially for SMS). Customer support is very responsive, which makes a big difference compared to the competition. I'd like to thank David, who has great tips and is very pleasant!

Fastr completely changed how I handle abandoned carts in my Shopify store. Their amazing flows through texts, emails, and pop-ups seriously boosted my store's success. App has been brilliant so far and has generated sales in the first few hours. Had a minor issue due to shopify changes but was rectified quickly by David, I allowed him access to myshop and he sorted it all for me within an hour of messaging for help. Which makes life easier. Look forward to using the app more and confident in the customer service
