She also educated me along the way on the process and followed up with an email with a video link and a breakdown of what was done for the future just incase I had to go ahead and take a look back in the future. This app is going to be a game changer for us. I had a technical issue but got first class customer service from Gennifer who not only resolved the issue, but was happy to stay on the line while I was testing it out.

The app makes it really easy to setup a webshop via amazon FBA. Also their customer support is super fast at answering questions and handling requests! :)

This app is awesome! We are from Germany and had problems to connect our Shopify store with Amazon FBA. The app solved this perfectly. It's easy to install and then everything works as expected.

Cara was super helpful getting everything set up and it was very easy to speak to her when I needed assistance with the issue we were facing.

So far so good! It's a brand new app for me, so I haven't fully experienced the full capabilities, yet. I will say, I love what it's promising to do! Sending tracking ID numbers for FBA shipments to customers is a major plus for us and helps take the stress off our customer support team.

I also love that you can do a free shipping after spending a certain dollar amount, which doesn't work if your products are fulfilled by Amazon alone, they only allow weight-based options. It's very nice how it displays to the customer at checkout the different shipping options and the price that goes with the option.

The customer service is amazing! I'm looking forward to the future of this app :)
