Amazing support by Cara and the product looks great so far. Created my first order and successfully shipped by FBA rather than my usual 3PL. Gamechanger.

Customer service is INCREDIBLE. In general, customer service for apps is nonexistent but they are always so helpful here. I've reached out with many questions and I've always received a quick and helpful response. I've worked with Cara who is truly fantastic. I definitely recommend this app. I'm not great with technology or computers but even I can work the app.

Very useful app that has allowed my store to not only allow Amazon to handle our fulfillment, but also allows us to fulfill select products ourselves if certain conditions are met. The support is also fantastic, highly recommend!

It's easy to set up with the instructions from Cara. If you need assistance, Cara is available via email or phone when you schedule a time to speak with her. She'll help you through all your issues (as long as though issues are about the app).
