The app has worked great on my trial orders so far. Even better is their customer support. Hands down the best support I have gotten on any of the dozens of apps I have used/tried in the past.

Great customer support. Able to achieve a quick diagnosis to solve the problem in a timely manner. Super helpful also regarding other non Bytestand issues.

Chip helped the team a lot in integrating the app with our amazon FBA. Thanks for al your help it is greatly appreciated.

I tried a few apps that sync between FBA inventory and shopify and found this to be the best one. It's a really great app - does what it's supposed to do. Great customer support too!

Best customer service I've ever come across. I've had a few issues (nothing to do with ByteStand) and their help is over the top. Responds very quickly and give detailed help. She usually sends videos that takes me through the whole process. I'm very impressed!

Excellent customer service from the beginning. Easy to set up and sync between Shopify and Amazon! Scheduled a call with an expert through the app to double check everything was set up right just in case. Todd (the expert on the call) had all the answers I was looking for, gave great advice, and much more! Our 1hr scheduled call only needed to last 20mins! Buttery smooth process with real expert customer service. Would highly recommend.

Customer support by Cara was 5 stars. The app itself is also 5 stars. Great product so far. Easy to setup and Cara even checked to make sure all settings were correct.

So glad I found this app to help now that Shopify removed the Amazon integration. The only thing I hope to see in the future is inventory tracking included in the app. I was super impressed to get amazing phone support by Cara at ByteStand. So far so good!

This app works as described. Cara was helpful beyond my expectations and answered the questions I had with screenshots & videos, while clarifying some aspects of Amazon Seller, FBA, MCF etc.
