Let me start off by saying that I didn't mind paying $85 a month for this app because of the customer service. There are many apps on here that are much cheaper, and Amazon even has a free one! Easy to install, amazing customer service, and you get to try it out for free! Highly recommend :)

Super Cool App. Todd was insanely helpful. Little confusing to set up when you have multiple fulfillment options, but they help guide you through it super easy.

the app stopped working recently, but it has come back up after 1-2 hours, and the team has been responsive since then. But it may need a little bit improvement on preventing the downtime from happening again

I used this app to fulfill my shopify orders through amazon fba. It not only save me money on the shipping but also freed up my time to focus more to grow my business. Setting up the app was easy once you follow the video instructions and Cara was always available ready to assist if needed. Great experience overall all and saving $$ is always a plus.

The app is easy to use and inexpensive. There were some miscommunications between us. But it's all good now, thank you Todd.

This a great App I needed to integrate my stock FMA to shopify and this was possible with this app. Costumer servcice provided by Chip was amazing, helped me on every step on the way, cleared every doubt, and helped me configure it.

But after a total of 7+ hours on the phone (conservatively) with staff from Shopify, ByteStand, and Amazon, and still not being able to get this app working as described, I feel this is a fair rating based on my experience; I am sorry.
