the app stopped working recently, but it has come back up after 1-2 hours, and the team has been responsive since then. But it may need a little bit improvement on preventing the downtime from happening again

Got our first sale through the newly launched website and the integration ran smoothly, this was exactly what we needed. Setting it up is pretty easy to understand and follow especially with the videos. Cara was also easy to get in touch with and was very helpful with making sure everything was running properly. Definitely recommend this app.

Really nice app - especially considering that Shopify does not deliver this functionality itself - and superb support. I had a few mails with Cara and I can tell you that she is very nice and more than happy to help. Feedback is very much appreciated and I think this team is heading in the right way.
