Great support by Cara. Set up can be complicated but once we received the first order, Cara provided outstanding support. Even created a video on the fly to show me how to resolve the problem.

Works great to connect FBA to Shopify and fulfill orders. The virtual bundle feature is also a big win, cutting down on time to fulfill orders of products we usually sell together. Customer support is great and gets back to us with any questions we may have.
Hello Cara, Thank you so much for calling me back today and helping me understand the setup process for ByteStand's FBA Shipping. Specifically the workaround to switch my products from amazon_marketplace_web and the fact that I will need SnapSync... :) Again, I really do appreciate the personal support and Shopify setting verification... We're a small $40 p/m customer for ByteStand's app, yet they went out of their way to help configure our Shopify store to automate fulfilment of our Website orders using our Amazon FBA stock. Once you understand how their app works, it's real neat and totally removed our Shopify + FBA integration headache... Highly recommend....
very useful app especially you are scaling. in addition to the app's outstanding functionality, cara is maybe one of the best customer service I've ever had for a very long time. she's knowledgeable about the problems and solutions, she listens to my situations, and provides really helpful advices.
The app is fairly easy to install and configure. Once setup it works without much management at all. Our store uses subscriptions where orders are generated automatically by a third-party app and I had some trouble figuring out how to configure this. I chatted support and got in touch with Cara right away. She immediately knew exactly which settings to change to solve my issue (less than 5 minutes and we were syncing subscription orders)! Thanks Cara!
