We had a few issue at first but Alex and his team were quite responsive and attentive. We are very pleased with the outcome.

When I contacted them, they stopped getting any replies and they stopped helping me.

What does it mean to publish the contents of a private email in a public place without the recipient's permission?

And this email says "Please reply...".
This is because I have sent many inquiries via email, but have not received a reply.

We're currently running a vintage theme and the support from Zify went above and beyond to get the app working flawlessly with our older themes. It's a little funny here and there, but it looks great and does exactly what we need it to.

Great app with super quick support. Works perfectly with Shogun indeed and also works with multiple currencies on our store - which is exactly what we needed! Definitely recommend this over the standard slider in Shogun!
