the app needs to have to option for signature required when using your account. customer service is terrible. i have been trying to get he[p for weeks and still not a definite answer Please call to help 712-267-0549

I echo the feedback from every other 1 star review. Constant errors that prevent you from running carrier labels. No ability for additional insurance. Saw that Shippo responded to most of these reviews and they recommended to reach out to them directly. I did and this was Shippo's response: "To clarify, we helped develop the FedEx by Shippo app for Shopify merchants however the integration is managed directly within Shopify's platform. Because of this, unfortunately troubleshooting the errors you're receiving are a bit is outside of our scope since we can only see our web app."
Response to Shippo's reply: This is your branded app (read: FedEx by Shippo) but you're not supporting your own app? It doesn't fall on Shopify to fix and maintain software errors within your third party app. If you aren't going to support your app, why even have it when you're just infuriating merchants and degrading your brand?

Doesn't have the Fedex OneRate Options

seems we have also come acorss the issue everyone else is having shopify is enforcing us to install shippo by fedex and our live shipping rates have now all gone and our international customers are ordering products with super cheap shipping which is causing us to then have to try capture the difference.
when we had integrated our fedex account previously outside of this shippo it worked fine but now this is being forced upon us we are going to have to look into a different partnership with another carrier
