Our customers haven't actually opted for shipping with the app yet, but I can tell you that the customer service on the set-up was great! At first, I was really discouraged because I was trying to use a flat fee and a free shipping option along with our own fed ex express rates and I couldn't get all three, but Shashi Kumar set up a Zoom and now all the options are visible now to our customers. He was pleasant, helpful and it was all easy to understand with his guidance. Be aware, there is a time difference with their customer service so just let them know your timezone and a few blocks of time that work. They came back to me within 12 hours (on a weekend) with an appointment in my timeframe. I can't complain about that kind of customer service at all.
The plugin itself does everything we need it to do, especially since we use One Rate, and it was recommended to us by our FedEx sales rep based on their clients' feedback. Regarding support & customer service, Shashi responded almost immediately after I submitted a ticket, and was able to help fix my problem right away.

Can't believe how easy it was to just input a bit of info and start using Fedex labels. I tried the manual route of going through fedex. Trust me, you don't want to try that route. You'll save an enourmous amount of time and money using this app (you don't need the advanced shopify plan to use this app, you do to connect fedex through the traditional route.) Fast and professional customer service. I hope to be a long term customer.
Love this app & their customer service! We are saving time & money by being able to print FedEx labels from our Shopify store. We used to manually type in the order addresses into FedEx.com which opened us up to incorrectly inputting the addresses. We also had to enter the weights & dimensions of each box. We contacted customer service to help us integrate our FedEx account with their app. Addina quickly responded to our email and had us all setup within the hour. We wish we would have set this up sooner.
Manohar was extremely helpful today. He was very knowledgeable and very patient with me. He was able to solve all of my problems quickly and also was able to explain why things worked a certain way and how to address my issue in the best way. Thank you guys for the great support. Keep it up.

Looks like a pretty straightforward way to apply FedEx OneRate to our online orders, creating easier choices and cheaper shipping for our customers. I worked with Shashi K. to set this up on a Zoom call, and he was great - knowledgeable and patient, talking me through my questions and testing all rates before finalizing. We were online together within 15 minutes of my phone call -- very reassuring to know that the Support team is so responsive.
The app works fine. It's a bit of a pain to use because it is different from all the other shipping businesses I work with. However, it works just fine and Sashi has helped me to get it installed and troubleshoot.
However, I do think it is sad that the company feels so strongly that they must get good reviews from their customers that they must bug the customer to leave a review. That's the only reason I'm leaving one, so that they will stop bugging me to do so.

All of the customer support team are very supportive through the integration with FedEx. They do fast respond to give feedback on my issues and are always straight to the point with the solutions. Very polite. Especially Manohar V and Addina. I found the wrong setting with the packaging and calculation rates which I don't understand. But they quickly resolved the issue. They helped me very well. Thank you
