Best way I've found to use FedEx with Shopify (have also tried ShipStation and Shippo). That said, it's still not great – doesn't handle partial orders or multiple locations very well, the signup process is weird (you have to email them and wait a day or two), etc.
Thank you so much for choosing the Shopify FedEx App after assessing the external shipping solutions. Regarding the sign up process, currently FedEx takes a day to approve the FedEx labels for each store. However, we are partnering with FedEx to make the on boarding experience more seamless for the merchants. Our team is actively working on this app and handling partial orders feature is prioritized in the product road map. Our team will also discuss with you to understand more about multi warehouse requirement and will let you know the feasibility.
Their customer service is 5 star, the app is 4 star. I find it to work generally as I expect it to. Anytime I run into an issue, though, their support is friendly and can usually assist in fixing the problem.

This will help our business tremendously and cut down on time from manually entering labels. It was a little tricky trying to navigate the app on my own for the first time, but the tech team was extremely responsive to my questions and thorough with their answers. Great App for FedEx shipping. Integrated everything pretty quickly. Customer service was also very helpful in getting everything sorted for our store.
The customer service is great. They are very easy to get ahold of and willing to assist. Shashi Kumar was extremely helpful.
I just installed the app for FedEx shipping and looks like it will help save on shipping. We have not completely setup all the functions but the setup help from Jon was awesome
