I initially had some issues trying to get my products integrated and figuring out how to ship manually, but after a Zoom call with Sibi, my troubles are behind me. He was very patient and answered all of my questions and even walked me through a couple of different scenarios. Thanks for the help!

I used this app to help integrate Fedex shipping on our website. It was seamless and John was very responsive and helpful in getting everything sorted out. It does exactly what we hoped it would and are very happy with the product.

I wrote a review a while back and wanted to update that we still LOVE this app. We could not ship FedEx on Shopify without it! Their customer support is the best. Shashi Kumar even setup a Zoom call and worked with us to iron out an issue that was on FedEx's side. Shashi went above and beyond to help us and to make sure all was good. Their team responded very quickly to our request for help and walked us through the necessary steps to keep things running smoothly. Highly recommend!

This app is fantastic! Exactly what I was looking for and I was so glad to learn about it. We had tried for a really long time to integrate Fed Ex with Shopify and it was impossible. But, now with this app, we can, finally, offer Fed Ex shipping and our one rate! Love it! Jon was incredibly helpful in helping us with onboarding and answering all our questions. So glad to be able to offer Fed Ex shipping as an option now and this app makes it possible!
The APP has a Lots of Options for FedEx, and the Support is very Responsive and help with any Issues that you may have.
We had to go through some tests and adjustments to get things going, but the team was very responsive and helpful along the way.
I definitely recommend the app!
