Great app with amazing customer support. Their entire support team is on top of everything and very fast to respond! This app allows our customers to get live fed ex shipping rates which we needed! We can also print shipping labels and so much more. I spoke to a few different people and everyone has been super nice and helped with getting us all setup! Thank you again and keep up the good work!

Our customers haven't actually opted for shipping with the app yet, but I can tell you that the customer service on the set-up was great! At first, I was really discouraged because I was trying to use a flat fee and a free shipping option along with our own fed ex express rates and I couldn't get all three, but Shashi Kumar set up a Zoom and now all the options are visible now to our customers. He was pleasant, helpful and it was all easy to understand with his guidance. Be aware, there is a time difference with their customer service so just let them know your timezone and a few blocks of time that work. They came back to me within 12 hours (on a weekend) with an appointment in my timeframe. I can't complain about that kind of customer service at all.

I inquired about a setting to not allow our shippers to use Fed Ex when the address was a P.O. Box. They told me that they didn't have such a setting but would look into creating one. They did it within a week! Now that is good customer service!!

I have worked with this time quite intensively over the past few weeks to get set up and they have been nothing but amazing. The quality of service has been wonderful and I would highly recommend both the app and the service.

It is a great app for the user who has Fedex account with negotiated rate. If you don't have Fedex account, this app is not for you. Customer service is very responsive. Love it! The other good point is this app integrates Shopify better. I can stay on the shopify website all the time to generate shipping labels instead of launching another shipping website. Good job! Keep it up.

Great plugin with lots of options for companies that rely on Fedex. The tech support is very responsive and does a great job helping you setup. If you are experienced with Shopify and need to create FedEx labels or get FedEx rates, this is a great plugin.
