The team has been really great to work with - they are incredibly responsive to our requests. They will get on a zoom with you anytime to troubleshoot! Also very friendly and readily responsive via email support.

The support has been nothing but amazing. As I am new to Shopify and shipping, I've thrown a thousand questions and issues at them and they never fail to respond with a solution or guidance. Most of the time the responses are almost immediate, and even on weekends. Can't believe how easy it was to just input a bit of info and start using Fedex labels. I tried the manual route of going through fedex. Trust me, you don't want to try that route. You'll save an enourmous amount of time and money using this app (you don't need the advanced shopify plan to use this app, you do to connect fedex through the traditional route.) Fast and professional customer service. I hope to be a long term customer.
