Sibi was very helpful and I understand everything he said and am happy with the new app
I have used this app for almost 3 years and, overall, good value for money; however, very problematic with Fedex Freight shipment rates. I would not recommend this app if you are shipping bulk or heavy items like we do. These 5 star reviews aren’t justified in my experience.They always blame Fedex for the same problem that happens 5-6 times every year which costs us thousands of dollars in sales because their app cannot pull the economy freight rates from Fedex API and shows the crazy expensive 1-2-3 day express freight rates. If it’s a Fedex problem, which has lasted 6 days this time, how are you able to get these expensive rates? Same problem every year and same excuses, no live support whatsoever. I am the owner Tilehouz.com, by the way. Cancelling your app as soon as I set up the new rates services app.

After having some initial questions about the integration into Shopify, I contacted the support team here at PH Ship and received immediate help. Sibi guided me through the entire process and helped ensure that my account was functioning properly and working how it should. The app seems great so far but the customer support has been outstanding!
