I love the Support that this App gives! Shashi Kumar is very hands on and gives great tech support. He was very concerned about my issue that i was having and went above and beyond expectations.Thanks for the zoom call and If i ever have a problem i hope to get you again.

Customer support was very responsive and helped me get setup - really appreciate it! Great app, used our negotiated rates and worked pretty much out of the box. Sibi was a great agent to work with.

We used this plug-in to connect our Fedex account with shopify. Process is very easy and user friendly.
Also Plug-in Hive support is Excellent and quickest, they had provided full overview of plugin over call, also they work on customer suggestion make process more smoother. :)
