Excited to see all that this app does but ALREADY absolutely THRILLED a Shopify rep suggested it. Not having much tech experience, linking my FedEx account to get live quotes seemed a little daunting. I emailed PluginHive with the information and w/in less than 24hrs they integrated my account with FedEx! Although I'm still configuring the settings I am SO relieved to know customer service really exists for this app and is THE BEST!!! Thank you Keerthi!

We've used PH for nearly 3 years now. Everything has worked decently until a month ago when Shopify changed the way the report tracking numbers. Prior, Shopify would display a master tracking number if the order had multiple boxes. The customer would get 1 communication from PH. Now, Shopify reports individual tracking numbers which causes a massive change to the order screen. Even worse, it triggers PH to send out multiple emails to the customer. So, in my case if a customer orders 18 boxes of one of my products, they'll get 18 emails that the product has shipped with individual tracking numbers. Then, 18 emails that the order was delivered. I contact PH, even video conference and they have no fix - was told 3 months to possibly have a fix. I contact Shopify+ support and they state it's the 3rd party's job to fix these issues. Will need to find an alternative now.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the recent changes in Shopify's reporting of tracking numbers. We understand that the previous method of reporting a master tracking number for orders with multiple boxes was not a perfect solution, but it did work well for you in the past. While we are actively working on a permanent solution with Shopify, we suggest considering the following workarounds:
1) Consider the possibility of shipping the products in a single package instead of 18 individual packages. This may help reduce shipping costs as well.
2) Disable the email notification feature. Your customers can still access the tracking number from the order page.
We hope these options can help alleviate the issues you are facing while we work towards a permanent solution. Thank you for your continued support and understanding.

Amazing service!!! So thankful!! We were facing some issue with the connection with FedEx at first and then asked for a personnalisation on our packing slip and all the members of the PluginHive team helped us to solve this in a time record !! Thanks to the team, they really care about the problem and did everything they could.

I am using this app to set up shipping for our Shopify website. As soon as I did the installation, I got a call from them. Sibi Firoz helped us with some weight issues, and he was great. I definitely recommended it!

Really excited about these capabilities! It does not integrate with other apps, but it does generate FedEx labels seemlessly. Great customer service with Sibi!

I have contacted customer service many times regarding many concerns and they really helped a lot. We are trying to display the estimated shipping time at our checkout page by full integration, while maintaining 2 constraints: not showing the customers the exact courier company, nor the shipping cost. This is one of the few apps that provide this kind of integration and its really helpful!

We have been using this app for 3 years.It was useful so we recommend it to everyone. Now we are experienced an issue for 9 days, sent several emails but didn't get a solution.We can't use app , we can't create labels , delayed orders so we have many unhappy customers because of Pluginhive bad customer sevices.

Esta muy bien el plug solo le agraegaria mas tiempo en cuanto reportes, dejaria todo el año para consumo ya que solo dan 30 dias. Opcion de configurar idioma
