I do not understand any of the negative feedback. This App is a 6 Star experience. Customer support is off the charts.

Incredible support from these guys. While we we're setting up our first feed, their support proactively (without us requesting for support), went through the feed and corrected it for our newbie errors. First time we've ever seen that with any app developer.

Also incredible nice app and backend dashboard, including many prebuild feeds for various sites - EXCELLENT!

This app is absolutely fantastic and the customer support is just as good. I've had no end of support requests promptly resolved and I always trust that any issues I have can be overcome quickly. One of the best support team in business. Great app to create datafeeds of your products. There are many templates in Feed Donkey that will fit to almost all needs. But we had some special requirements for our project. Thanks to Martin and Amanda, we had a customized datafeed in about 30 minutes and all adjustments that need to be added after, were done in minutes, even if i asked them to add it weeks later. Feed Donkey Team you are all doing a great job! Thank you guys!

We run an Enterprise Marketplace and have been struggling to find the perfect app that could support a multitudes of SKU spread across multiple expansion stores without a hiccup. The best Shopify Data Feed app out there! The level of customisation and control is exceptional, and allows us to really tailor the feed to meet the needs of different marketing platforms both effectively and efficiently. The support Martin & the team have given us has been second to none; not only helping us with the feed creation but always on hand for any changes and optimisations we need to make at a very speedy pace.

A really powerful app to create product feeds (Google, Facebook, etc...) with all the details you may need. After testing other apps, Feed Donkey is the only one I found to create with great accuracy several feeds. The support is also really fast and helpful when you need some help to create specific fields.

Martin at Feed Donkey has helped me setup my feed in less than 24 hours, we were live on Google Shopping then next day. The app UI and UX is amazing, which many other shopping feed building apps today are lacking, and that makes it super easy to learn and use. It's one of the necessary apps for making a shopping feed for any platform paired with stellar support and guidance.

I have installed and used many different apps inside Shopify some good some not so good, Feed Donkey however, is a breath of fresh air. I needed some specific help with Google Local Inventory ads which can be tricky. The app installed and worked without any fuss and the support from Martin was superb, it's rare these days to get such quick timely and helpful support, to say Martin went above and beyond is a genuine understatement, thank you Martin.
