Fantastic support! Not only was chat and actually knew what they were talking about (thank you Ocean), but she offered to hop on a call to help me get setup. The call was clear and went smooth, recommend! Definitely use this app if you want to streamline your connection to Facebook / Instagram Shops without the pain of the native Shopify integration. Also great if you sell multiple brands on your store with their own FB shops.

Lots of positives to say about this app. Had a few issues initially which Vivian and her team were responsive to and helped to solve. There are some gaps in functionality for stores with large product lists (but these are being addressed in the next release). I'm very happy overall though and some of the issues I've faced will be covered in their onboarding - make sure you use it as it will save you time!
