Super easy to use and friendly features. I just wish you could do a rating submission directly in the email so it's easier for customers who don't want to upload a photo or video

I absolutely love this app, and it's easy to use. I have been able to recover over $400 in my shop by simpling tweaking my urgency items and campaign. I love this app.
Great app, but not sure if it is in line with the new GDPR in Europe? That's the only concern I have when using this app!
