Since we have multiple online stores, Fera helps us sync the reviews across all the stores. It also has useful widgets for store merchandising and conversions. The only issue I have is if the automatic placement does not work for widgets, the manual method is frustrating as the app is unable to find widget placement.

I've only had this app for a few days, but it is easy and fun to customize with great customer support. I think my clients are going to love it. Will update after I have had a little longer. So far, so good!
UPDATE 3/27/21: I love this app even more than I did a few weeks ago. Extremely useful analytics (better than Shopify) and beautifully laid out dashboard. Watch your clients shop in real time and follow their journeys. I have the free version of this Fera Review app and it is SO MUCH BETTER than the previous company's review app that I paid for. Get this app. You'll be glad you did.

Great app, very easy to use highly recommended. Really easy to set up widgets and campaigns, with great reporting built in by shopper.

I used this app to help generate product reviews in my Shopify store and I saw instant results. Looking forward to seeing more reviews in the future!

Best App out there hands down, for a very small shop like mine that cant afford upsell or insight apps this really helps a lot.
