I love how easy Fera is to use for both my and my customers. And the customer service has always been great!

The app works perfectly, you can set a lot of things yourself and if you do need support, it happens within a few hours. They take a lot of time and solve every problem together. I can recommend this app to everyone!

i’ve gotten 7 or 8 reviews so far with Fera in the last few weeks and am very satisfied with the app. we use the public API to show reviews on our non Shopify store which was easy to set up.

I needed help, badly, i reached out in the chat box, never know what I am going to get, I am not a computer savvy person, but I find many providers have chat people who don't know whats going on.
