I'm still configuring the app, but the customer support is very good.

Best review app out there. I have tried many different review apps, but this is by far the best. The customer service is on point, and they will help with anything you need. Also, the app itself is very easy to use. I would 100% recommend this app to anyone in the e-commerce and dropshipping space.

So far, so good! But this is a 4.5 rating, rounded up to 5. The app is easy to use, reasonably priced and staff are very helpful and responsive. Importing my reviews from Etsy into my new Shopify store was easy. However, I wish it would assign the reviews to their respective items. It takes quite a bit of time to do this manually, since I had hundreds of reviews. You also have to download review photos and tag them to the correct review and product. I have yet to fully use the widgets, but look forward to it. Having my reviews from my established shop helps ease the anxiety potential customers have about supporting a new store. For that I am most grateful.

I absolutely love this app. It is quite straightforward to use but if I get stuck I always reach out to their support and they are so quick and efficient to reply. I have been using this app from a long time now and have never had complains.

its pretty good for syncing your legitimate google reviews to be visible on your website with the added bonus of also requesting for review from purchase based on information that is available on our shopify admin
