I really like it. because I already install another one but it is more better to use. so I really want to use it.

All around good. Tested it out myself. They send the reminder e-mail. And after the Review is done, Fera sends the shop owner an e-mail with review so they can accept or deny it. Once that's replied to within a few minutes it's up on the site. Looks great and has different widgets you can use for the review areas of the shop. With the free account you get one to use. Very streamlined between Shopify and Fera. Very easy to use and understand. I am very happy with my experience with Fera's Review App!!

Love this app! It makes it so easy to add widgets to my website which have converted dozens of customers on my site. 10/10 recommend!

Highly recommend Fera for your reviews. Their app is intuitive and their customer service is top notch. I had a question and they answered within seconds with a custom video based on my website.
