Easy to setup and configure. Reviews look great on the site.

I'm still new to the app. but so far, I'm enjoying it. I am looking forward to learning more and adding to my website.

Since we have multiple online stores, Fera helps us sync the reviews across all the stores. It also has useful widgets for store merchandising and conversions. The only issue I have is if the automatic placement does not work for widgets, the manual method is frustrating as the app is unable to find widget placement.

Works nicely, a bit of improvement is needed on the widgets (I have always issues when installing it). Good customer service.

The app is relatively intuitive and easy to use, affordable and has plenty of options to make sure your customers are seeing what they need to make a purchase...REVIEWS! My only current issue is getting "all reviews" out from embedding in with other block sections on the website. Its seems to only be able to embed within other sections I don't want them apart of because I should be further down on the page and the reviews should be higher.

I've used this app to add testimonials to cart page and to up sell. App has intuitive interface and does not slow the store down much.

Great app, it has everything that you would want in a review app. Automation editing and incentives for your customers. I only gave it four stars because it doesn't directly connect with Google as far as I know, but I love the app very easy to use and you can insert the widgets anywhere you need them to be on your site

I use this App for Reviews only. it would be great if the app also had email/pop ups .. then it would cover everything in 1 app

we use this app for customers to submit reviews on our products and our store. customer service is very helpful and friendly!

Using it for social proof, etc. Really nice app. Lets see how it does going forward as it is too early to tell. Cart Timer isn't that clever. I have a drawer style cart and if closed the timer is suspended...
