Outstanding customer service. We were using another review service that wasn't terrible, but their customer support was unacceptable. So I found Fera, and they went above and beyond to help me. My CSV file had a couple errors and I requested help to fix my file. Holden fixed everything, and looks amazing. The layout is super clean and love the interface. Thank you!

I used this app to help with reviews. I like how it come pre-populated for you where you don't have to put in your own. Would recommend this app.

Just to clarify, what you were seeing in your preview might have been sample reviews (when you were adding the widget in the preview) unless you imported your reviews from other review platforms! We don't pre-populate/generate reviews for your store :)

I transferred over from Wix, it was super easy to transfer reviews over and apply in my new shopify store. I did get stuck at one point (I made a silly mistake) and the support was so great to help me fix the issue. This is also really professional looking app for your website, integrates well and I would highly recommend it.

So far so good. Wish it connected with Klaviyo but not bad. I am still exploring the program. At least customer service is responsive.
