2 of 3 widgets are not working at all. Worst support ever. At first, they try to tell you the problem is on your side, than do nothing and totally forget about the problem. Then someone else connects and it all starts again from scratch. I am trying to explain all the problems every day again.

The customer support is responsive and provides live chat for quick answers. The app is convenient and easy to use.

I decided on this app because it has a easy interface and I am able to import reviews. I wanted to add reviews to my website for customers to leave and this was the easiest possible.

Digital Salesperson by Fera is great. I like the free plan for beginners and I think its work it to give something in return after surpassing a 1000 engagements which is much reasonable. Cart countdown, Checkout countdown, low stock warning, social popups are great features and really showing high potential to engage more customers. Had a small issue and Nick took all her time to make sure everything was perfect and and working as expected. Live chat support so superb. Great work, Keep it up.
