Great app! You can personalize it, so it really suits your store. There are a lot of opportunities to use its tools.
So far it has taken all the issues I was having with setting this up myself and removed them. I love the ability to add "the last person purchased" to my site
Just installed a few weeks ago and so far its been very easy to use. I imported all my Etsy reviews, which was easy, although it took some time to assign each review to a specific product..

2 of 3 widgets are not working at all. Worst support ever. At first, they try to tell you the problem is on your side, than do nothing and totally forget about the problem. Then someone else connects and it all starts again from scratch. I am trying to explain all the problems every day again.

I have just sent the first lot of email requests; the app is very easy to navigate around. I have also contacted Customer Service today and their service was very prompt.
