Perfect, incredibly pleased so far. This is a must-have application!
Great app that helped us centralize all our reviews and review requests. The on-site widgets are super nice and customizable (gives you the option to hide it completely if there are no reviews yet!). It also integrates with our rewards app which is perfect. Can't wait to continue using it!
Team is amazing and continue to try and improve the app. See some recommendations pop into the app recently which made me happy that they are listening to us, and not just telling us what to do.
Yes, there are some other review apps that might have more integrations (even though Fera.ai has enough of the main ones) but I am sure overtime as they grow they will even more.

Hard to say for sure as I've only just started using Fera, but seems to be very well made and easy to use.
Better then any other review app! Extremely Simple to use and comes with support . Very excited to be using this app .
This app was so easy to install and get up and running beautifully on my site. Would highly recommend.
Used the app for a few days, didn't like it so much so i've uninstalled it.
Found it just a few days later that the app left traces and kept on displaying on my product page- which caused a conversion drop.
Unfortunately Shopify has no means to automatically remove integrated HTML code upon uninstallation of an app because as soon as the app is uninstalled they revoke access to the store so nothing can be done by the app anymore. The Shopify team has indicated that they are working on improving this process, and we do have help articles on our website that we send to anyone who uninstalls our app to help them out with these steps.
LOVED the fera app, it is excellent and easy to add all kinds of conversion making widgets with no code. Amazing!
