Set up was really easy. I was hesitant at first, but it worked very well. What I appreciated most was that it allowed me to send a one-time review request to historical customers (those that had previously placed orders).

The customer service team was patient and professional in resolving a few issues during the app's integration with my theme. Everything was resolved quickly, and it works perfectly now. The app works perfectly, you can set a lot of things yourself and if you do need support, it happens within a few hours. They take a lot of time and solve every problem together. I can recommend this app to everyone!

Excellent translation capabilities for non-English stores. Customer support is fast & very helpful.

On the free plan, the number of automatic review requests is low at 10. Other than that, an excellent app.

This is a great app! We've been using it for over a year, and our little pottery studio has racked up almost 1500 reviews. We worked with Fera's support team to reposition where the reviews show up on our site so that they can more easily be seen by customers browsing for our pots. We have a very loyal and appreciative customer base, but I think all the positive reviews really help us get more first time orders.

The tool is very flexible with lots of useful controls that can be used in many parts of the website. I was able to import my reviews from other platforms in a very easy way. Finally, the support on this app is first class. Holden helped fix some issues in a very quick and professional way.

I've been using Fera for quite a while now and it's great!! Very customisable widgets and options for store reviews for service based websites as well as e-commerce stores. Outstanding customer support from Roel too means it's a 10 out of 10 from me :)

I found this app through Google and I am so glad I found it. My only regret is not find it earlier.

My store looks so pretty and it makes so much more sense paying for their fees over paying for trustpilot (extremely expensive and overrated).
Money is not even the issue. But the widgets from trustpilot are so ugly and not aesthetic pleasing.

This app can customize the reviews to perfectly your website and looks so high end and customized. Not to say how amazing their customer service is! I basically spent the whole afternoon requesting changes from them and they were so quick to do every single one of them with so much efficiency! Im grateful i found this app!

I absolutely love this app. It is quite straightforward to use but if I get stuck I always reach out to their support and they are so quick and efficient to reply. I have been using this app from a long time now and have never had complains.
