Very useful, thank you very much for making the app user-friendly, it encourages our customers to interact more with our site and therefore gives others encouragement to purchase.

This app has helped in picking and converting easy sales for my store. Visitors can easily see what is popular and recently purchased, this social proof converts other visitors to customers easily. I hope to see some improvements that will bring in more sales because that is all that matters to me as a store owner

Loving Fera so far, campaign builder is easy to use and customisation on the basic package is still good. Looking forward to seeing how it improves my conversion

I use this app to help give my customers a push to purchase. It was very simple to set up and I would recommend other businesses to use this app for their websites.

Since we have multiple online stores, Fera helps us sync the reviews across all the stores. It also has useful widgets for store merchandising and conversions. The only issue I have is if the automatic placement does not work for widgets, the manual method is frustrating as the app is unable to find widget placement.

I've only had this app for a few days, but it is easy and fun to customize with great customer support. I think my clients are going to love it. Will update after I have had a little longer. So far, so good!
UPDATE 3/27/21: I love this app even more than I did a few weeks ago. Extremely useful analytics (better than Shopify) and beautifully laid out dashboard. Watch your clients shop in real time and follow their journeys. I have the free version of this Fera Review app and it is SO MUCH BETTER than the previous company's review app that I paid for. Get this app. You'll be glad you did.

Great app, very easy to use highly recommended. Really easy to set up widgets and campaigns, with great reporting built in by shopper.
