This app is very well laid out and easy to use! My favorite feature is being able to add customer reviews in myself that I have manually collected from people over the phone or in-person. That way I don't have to literally rely on customers to put the work into making the review if they'd rather I just do the work for them. Many customers want to help your business, but with everyone being so busy you must make it as quick and easy as possible for them! I just get them to send me pictures of their product so people know it's real customer. The automatic review request campaigns are also a useful feature. 15/10 would recommend!

So far its been great! I cant wait to see how it helps the store.
